ABOUT THE PROJECT
In 2020, the company Dronoport was established, the main goal of which was the development and implementation of the first Drone from the box system in Russia.

After the test samples and R&D, a reliable and trouble-free design was developed, software was written and a lot of work was done on the network binding of elements to build a tight connection between the elements of the system at any phases of flight. The first batch of 8 stations was produced, some of which were blocked by customers even before leaving the factory.

THE FUTURE HAS COME: The first HIVE drone port
Transport - based and communication stations, equipped with a robot manipulator that replaces the drone batteries in a matter of seconds and ensures round-the-clock operation and flight autonomy.
Even at the stage of creating the newest sample, an aggressive marketing company began. Its fruits became visible immediately. The stations have joined the country's key innovation platforms - Skolkovo (Moscow) and Innopolis (Kazan).

Difficulties and solutions
At some point, there were so many orders, and the staff of pilots grew to 20 people. The management of such a team is a very difficult task, provided that each flight is accompanied by a permit received for a certain period, neither later nor earlier.

And the more departures there were, the more difficulties and obstacles stood in the way of the team. The pilot should always be on time, but no one has canceled the human factor. And if the pilot did not have time, then the flight schedule for the day is ruined.

The Achilles heel of any drone is its battery. If you are discharged, you urgently need a new one, because you need to finish shooting. And what if it's not there?
Run to the nearest fast food to charge. What if you're in the field? And how to get to the field if it's snowing around or it's been raining for a week? Suddenly a mongrel appears, whose sole purpose is to bite off a piece of the pilot. And as soon as you strayed from the dog, the police arrive and begin to take away the drone, believing that the flights are not
coordinated.

But everything is fine, gigabytes of files and thousands of photos on a flash drive. It's a small matter, do not confuse anything and transfer them for processing. And 20 more of the same flash drives and all this should not be confused and not lost! And this is just one scenario of one of the working days of the drone pilot.

Then the question arose is there any way to get away from these difficulties? Somehow automate the process? Get away from the pilot, control remotely
Then, in 2019, work began on the first prototype of the station. There were a lot of ideas, trials and errors. There was even an attempt to use a drone of its own production. There were accidents, sleepless nights and small victories. The insatiable desire to create something advanced, technological and really cool pushed forward and there were more and more victories. The concept took shape and specificity. The first MVP appeared.
Process automation
The realization that the project is multicomponent was from the very beginning. And investments are needed for its full-fledged development. A well-thought-out marketing strategy, presentations and videos helped to quickly find an investor in the vast expanses of the Russian Federation. The synergy of technology and innovation appealed to investors so much that the company Dronoport is part of a group of companies managed by the invest fund.
Investment
Collaboration with an investor has opened up new opportunities. One of the most important factors of future success was the presence of a robotics plant in the group of companies.

Combining the experience and knowledge of the two teams, a new concept was developed in the shortest possible time, tech. Documentation, and the assembly of the newest Hive station has begun. In order to build a solution superior to international competitors, an in-depth analysis of the market, their features and areas of application was carried out.
